CNC machining and turning

Plastic parts, machined to your drawing.

CNC milling, routing and turning in our own factory, with the material supplied on the same quote. Prototypes and repeat batches.

  • Quote names the drawing revision, material and inspection scope
  • Prototype and repeat quantities can both be priced
  • Nothing to pay until you accept the quote

What we machine

3D render of white and green machined wear strips

CNC milling

Plates, blocks, wear strips, star wheels, jigs and fixtures.

3D render of a turned bushing and grooved roller

CNC turning

Bushings, rollers, sleeves, pins and other round parts.

3D render of a green machined plastic channel

CNC routing

Sheet profiles, guards, panels and long or flat parts.

3D renders of typical geometry. Your part follows your drawing.

Other processes Injection moulding, fabrication, extrusion and thermoforming are available. Ask, and we’ll confirm what suits your part.

B1

Plastic isn’t machined like metal

Three things we’ll look at on your drawing, because they decide whether a part stays in spec.

Heat

Plastic softens and moves when it gets hot during cutting. Thin walls and long runs need more care.

Tell usWall thickness and critical faces

Moisture

Nylon and some other plastics absorb water and change size in service.

Tell usWhere the part runs, and how wet it gets

Stress

Internal stress can bend a part after machining, especially on large or thin pieces.

Tell usFlatness or straightness that matters

Send what you have

You don’t need a perfect CAD file to start.

01

A drawing

PDF, DXF, STEP or similar. Quickest route. Include the revision so the quote can name it.

02

A sample

Measure the part and mark the faces that matter. A sample can start the feasibility review.

03

A photo and a tape measure

Photograph the worn part next to a ruler. We tell you what else we need before we quote.

Questions buyers ask

What files do you accept?

STEP, STP, PDF and DXF are ideal. A photo or sample can start the review if you don’t have a drawing yet.

What tolerance can you hold?

We don’t publish a blanket figure, because it depends on material, geometry, size and how it’s measured. Mark the dimensions that matter and the quote will state how they’re checked.

Do you make prototypes?

Yes, prototype and bridge batches. Ask for prototype and repeat quantities together and both can be priced.

Do you supply the material too?

Yes. That’s the point of quoting them together: one supplier is responsible for the material and the machining.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. Tick the NDA box on the form and we’ll sort it before technical review.

Which machines do you use?

We confirm the process for your part during review rather than listing equipment here. If it matters for your job, ask us.

Got a drawing ready?

Send it through, with the quantity and material if you know them.
